He began skating in the early 1980¹s with a career in figure skating on rollerskates
and achieved great success in this field. During this time he travelled to the USA
to compete and has studied coaches from Germany, Italy, USA as well as many fine
coaches from right here in Australia. Training up to 35 hours a week during his
prime he has also acquired teaching skills, judging commissions and holds numerous
coaching accreditations from reputable sporting associations both in Australia and
worldwide.

- 2 time member of winning USA Gold Skate Classic teams
- Captain Coca Cola Inline Skating team.
- WA State Team representative for Inline Hockey
